ServSafe Certification Sessions
Full day sessions:
Classes commence at 8:00am to 4:30pm. Half hour lunch break.
Examination administered after class, 4:45pm to 6:00pm+/-
Half Day Sessions:
Two four hour +/- sessions split over two weeks with examination administered at end of second session.
Morning sessions: 8:00am-12:00pm
Afternoon sessions:1:00pm-5:00pm
Exam administerd after second session, one hour estimate +/-
Evening Sessions:
Four three hour sessions over four weeks with examination administered at end of forth session.
Evening sessions 6:00pm to 9:00pm
Exam administered during forth class
between 7:30pm-9:00pm
Re-Certification:
Attend scheduled class or self-study prior to taking examination.
Re-Testing:
Attend scheduled class or self-study prior to taking examination.
Two Consecutive Full Day sessions:
More in-depth material and study over two consecutive day sessions
16 hours total class time with exam administered after second day class.

ServSafe coursebook 5th edition will be distributed on first class day

Food Safety Training 101:
Four hour training session explaining food safety teckniques to all food and non-food handlers working in the industry.
Morning sessions: 8:00am-12:00pm
Afternoon sessions:1:00pm-5:00pm
Saturdays 8:00am-12:00pm
Certificate noting course completion issued each class participant.
Minimum class: Twelve attendees
