Norm, a retired food service administrator,
is owner of Training to Excel.

Training to Excel offers a specific line of directives; consultant services in the trade, ServSafe certification training, food safety training and customer service training to industry professionals.
Expertise and instructor qualifications reflect on true life experiences drawn upon forty years knowledge in the restaurant and food service industry.


 

I enjoyed many years of administrative service with major contract food service providers.
During that period I had the opportunity and privilege to successfully train hundreds of food service professionals.
Students were directors, managers, administrative personnel, chefs, bakers, cooks, bartenders, service staff, college students and others to master his/her new well earned positions
.
