Enjoyed an extensive and successful career as Food Service Management Administrator on ability to quickly and accurately assess and exceed challenges benefiting facility, client's, dining patrons, patients and students with excellent overall satisfaction.

Being of proactive nature iimmediately identified and solved concerns while remaining focused on strategies obtaining highest quality of service and promoting excellent financial results

Campus Dining Services, Business and Corporate Dining, Healthcare Food and Nutrition Services, Assisted Living complexes, Facilities and off site Catering, Conference and Special Events; Vending operations, off site Dining, Fine Dining Restaurants and Pubs, Monthly Food Safety inspection of Vermont Correctional facilities, Managing multiple Summer Camps, Senior Meals on Wheels and Food Service Consulting within the trade.


Never viewed daily tasks as an unfortunate or unnecessary evil but rather an opportunity to learn and teach others.
