  Food Safety and Protection Essentials for Professionals


Four Hours Half Day Session: $50.00 per person

Mornings 8:00am to 12:00pm or Afternoons 12:00pm to 4:00pm.
Location: public library or local facility in Brandon, VT.

Minimum attendance required: Ten participants*

Special Group Four Hours Half Day Session: $500.00 per Session

Within 50 miles radius of Brandon or additional fees applied over 50 miles.

  Household Food Safety Best Practices  for Home and Family

Special three hour course references current food safety and food protection best practices for household chefs, bakers, family members, seniors, students and interested individuals. Class information from ServSafe material and training DVD’S.

Fees: $ 35.00 pp. Three hour class held at Brandon Free Public Library located in Brandon, Vermont.

No purchasing of book required. Completion of class certificate issued each participant

  Waiter and Waitress Dining Service Etiquette Workshop

Interested in professional food service this course will explain industry preferred dining service standards and maximize patrons expected dining experiences; improve self esteem, confidence, knowledge, skills, guest check accuracy, increase tips and perhaps a promotion. No purchase of book required. Certificate of completion issued each participant.

Fees: $ 35.00 pp. Three hour session includes discussions, role playing, feedback and breaks.
Workshop held preferably at local restaurant or Inn in Brandon, Vermont.
