Interested Individuals, Private and Corporate Group Classes


  Take Note: Pre-registration required-all sessions.

  Forward completed registration form along with full payment thirty days prior to         
  scheduled class date requested to address specified on form.

  Payments accepted: Bank check, Company check or Visa and Master Card.
  No personal checks accepted.

  Fifth Edition Essentials coursebook with examination answer sheet attached will be     

  forwarded to address provided on registration form two weeks prior to class. Do not

  remove examination answer sheet from book.


  No meals provided, feel free to bring snacks, box meal or dine locally.

  Full Day-Eight Hour sessions: Fee $159.00 per person

  Two Half Day- Four Hour Sessions: Fee $189.00 per person

  Evening Sessions: Four three hour sessions over four weeks with    

  examination administered at end of forth session.

  Re-Certification: Fee $159.00 per person

   

  Re-Testing: Fee $75.00 per person
   

    

  Two Consecutive Full Day Eight Hour Sessions: Fee $279.00 per person

16 hours class time, exam administered after second day class.

 
 

   Food Safety Training 101: Open Registration

  Four Hour Food Safety Training101: Fee $50.00 per person
  Mornings   8:00am-12:00pm -- Afternoons 1:00pm-5:00pm

  Saturdays 8:00am-12:00pm

  

  Certificate noting course completion issued each class participant.
  Minimum class: Ten

  Full Day Session commences promptly at 8:00am-4:30pm, short break than
  examination administered between 4:45pm–6:00 pm.

  Class size:10 to maximum of 25 examinees

  Special Group Fee $695.00 excludes lodging requirements, meals; mileage, tolls
  and drive time travel expenses incurred.


  Additional Course Material required at $75.00 per person
** includes fifth edition
  essentials coursebook with examination answer sheet, handling and shipping fees.

  Essentials course books will be forwarded to location site two weeks in advance of class.


**Training or Human Resource may choose to purchase training material independently.

  Four Hour Food Safety 101 Class
  Mornings 8:00am-12:00pm and Afternoons 1:00pm-5:00pm

Special session designed specifically for supervisory and non-supervisory personnel, service staff and non-food handlers occasionally asked to assist in the facility.


  Workshop highlights purchasing, receiving and inspecting foods, dry storage, refrigerated and frozen storage, time and temperature control; preparation, cooking, holding and reheating of foods prepared; proper cooling, freezing and thawing of foods, preventing cross-contamination; sanitation, personal hygiene principles, pest management and more.

 Classes conveniently arranged to accommodate your schedule at pre determined location.

Certificate issued each participant after completing Food Safety 101 class
