  Three consecutive days or weeks at three and one half hours class per afternoon or evenings.

   Course participants have option to consider purchasing ServSafe 5th edition Coursebook at 

   additional cost.

   ServSafe Coursebook offers additional in-depth study, enhanced subject coverage and
   explanation of material content.

  Two Consecutive Full Day Eight Hour Sessions: Fee $299.00 per person

  More intense course contains additional in-depth study using ServSafe 5th Edition Coursbook
  Sessions 8:00am-5:00pm daily. Examination administered at end of second class.

  Coursebook mailed one week prior to class or delivered to participants on first day.

  Minimum participants required: Ten attendees

  Certificate of attendance issued each registrant upon completion of class.
  Minimum participants: Ten attendees

 

  Food Safety Principals for Home and Family Use: Fee $35.00 pp.  

  Three Hour Household Course-Mornings 9:00am-12:00pm - Afternoons 1:00pm-4:00pm -Evenings 5:30pm-8:30pm

  Certificate of attendance issued each registrant upon completion of class.
  Minimum participants: Ten attendees

Group Sessions

    Full Day Session:  Fee $179.00 pp. includes ServSafe book and exam answer sheet

   Discount multiple facility participants

   Session commence on or about 8:00am and finish at 4:00pm +/-.
   Examination administered at end of class, estimated time one hour plus/minus

   Minimum participants required: Ten attendees

  

   Less than 10 participants: call for special arrangements or have associates attend any
   regular scheduled class as posted on web site.

  Full Day-Group Fee: Call for Special Class Rate

   Group Fee Quoted excludes:
  ServSafe 5th edition essentials course book with answer sheet,
instructors lodging and related travel expenses,
  mailing of certificates to facility, and applicable taxes.

  Maximum attendance: 25 attendees

  ServSafe course material is available through Training to Excel at an additional $85.00 +/- per
  person; price
includes 5th edition essentials coursebook with attached examination answer
  sheet, applicable taxes, shipping and handling cost
.


  5th Edition Essentials coursebooks purchased through Training to Excel will be forwarded
  to facility location three plus weeks prior to scheduled session.


  Human Resource or Training and Recruiting department can purchase ServSafe materials directly
  from the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation and and save.

   Food safety Directives for Industry Professionals

  Four Hour-Food Safety and Food protection Best practices Class

  Mornings 8:00am-12:00pm and/or Afternoons 1:00pm-5:00pm

  Special session designed specifically for shift supervisors, non-supervisory personnel, service
  staff, bartenders, waitstaff and catering associates, also non-food handlers occasionally asked
  to assist within the facility.

  No coursebook or examination required for this class

    Group Fee: Call regarding Special Class Rate
  Excludes instructors lodging required, meals, mileage, tolls, drive time and other related travel    expenses.   

  Maximum attendance: Fifty participants
  Certificate of attendance issued each participant after completion of class

  Class highlights: receiving and inspection of products, storage, time and temperature abuse, preparation during 

  flow of food though the facility, overview on cooking,
  holding and reheating of foods, proper cooling, preventing cross-contamination,
  sanitation principles and personal hygiene practices.
